A job goes to the single best match, not to everyone with a van. If they decline, or the clock runs out, it moves to the next automatically and the customer is told it happened.

  • Emergency carries a 10 minutes response window.
  • Standard carries a 45 minutes response window.
  • Recurring carries a 45 minutes response window.
  • Project carries a 4 hours response window.
  • Build out carries a 4 hours response window.
