Not five. One. Certification, insurance and coverage are checked before the offer goes out, and the job goes to the best fit rather than whoever pays the most.

You get a real booking against real availability. If the trade does not respond inside the window, the job moves on by itself and nobody has to chase.
Covering everything the other

Every other directory sells your number to five strangers and steps back. Hyper matches one verified trade, holds them to a response window, and stays with the job until it is finished.
Checked before they see your address
Gas Safe for gas, NICEIC, NAPIT or ECA for electrical, and public liability in date. Certificates carry an expiry, and an expired one drops the trade out of matching automatically at midnight. Not a badge somebody typed in themselves.

Quotes are itemised in the platform, and the final value has to be confirmed by both sides. If they do not match, it lands in front of a person rather than quietly disappearing.

Most platforms hand your details over and hope. Ours starts a timer the moment a job is created, and every state it passes through carries its own deadline.
If a job is sitting anywhere with nobody owning it and no timer running, that is a bug in our system and we treat it as one.

- Standard, 45 minutes. No answer and it passes to the next verified trade automatically, with the reason recorded.

A £5,000 job is 5% of £5,000, which is £250. The rate is flat on the whole value, set by the total. Minimum commission is £15. Nothing is charged on a cancelled job, a no show, or a job that is never completed.

What does it cost me as a homeowner?
Nothing. You pay the trade for the work, and we take our cut from them.
Which areas are you live in?
Derry and Strabane, the North Coast, and Belfast. Everywhere else, leave your postcode and we will tell you when we arrive.
How do you check a trade?
Gas Safe for gas work, NICEIC, NAPIT or ECA for electrical, and public liability insurance in date. Certificates carry expiry dates and lapsed ones drop the trade out of matching automatically.
What happens if nobody accepts my job?
It passes down the list of verified trades by itself. If the list runs out, an operator calls you rather than leaving you waiting.
Can I choose a specific trade?
You can ask for one by name and we will offer it to them first. If they cannot take it, matching carries on as normal.
Are the reviews real?
A review can only be attached to a completed booking. There is no way to leave one without a job behind it.
Do you cover the Republic of Ireland?
Not yet. We are Northern Ireland only for now.
What do you do in an emergency?
Emergencies skip the calendar. One trade gets a ten minute window, then it moves. For gas, call 0800 002 001 first and then come back to us.
How do you handle my data?
Your details go to the one trade matched to your job and nobody else. Not to a list of five. We are registered with the ICO and we hold consent with a timestamp against every record.
Do you employ the trades?
No. Hyper is an introducer and orchestrator, not the employer or principal contractor. The contract for the work is between you and the trade.
