What we charge, when we charge it, and what we never charge for.

What we charge

A percentage of the completed job value, billed once a month. No completion means no commission, and we never bill against a job that is merely scheduled.

  • Up to £500 · 8%
  • £500 to £3,000 · 6%
  • £3,000 to £10,000 · 5%
  • £10,000 and above · 4%

The rate is flat within a band, so a job that crosses a boundary is charged at the band it lands in rather than split across two.
