Who is allowed to do this work
EICR for landlords in Northern Ireland must be carried out by somebody on the NICEIC, NAPIT or ECA. We check the registration and its expiry date before a job is ever offered, and an expired one drops the trade out of matching automatically at midnight.
Scheme names are used to describe the checks we carry out. Hyper is not affiliated with or endorsed by these bodies.
How quickly somebody answers
If it is an emergency, one trade gets an exclusive offer and 10 minutes to take it. If they do not answer it moves to the next verified trade by itself. A normal job gets 45 minutes.
If the list runs out, we tell you honestly and an operator rings you. You are never left refreshing a page.
